Friday stretching.

I didn’t take class on Friday because both thighs cramped up during the night. The pain was terrible and the inside quad muscles felt bruised.

My son took class and while he was doing that I spent the hour stretching. I did many of the moves from the Makko-ho. My legs felt much better and my hips felt really loose but a little sore.
