Friday Karate workout and stretching.

One each of Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan, Heian Sandan and Heian Yondan. Two each of Heian Godan and Tekki Shodan. (8 total)

I spent about 45 minutes stretching tonight. I did many of the Makko-ho movements.
