Wednesday Yoga class and Karate workout.

Two each of Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan, Heian Sandan and Heian Yondan. four Heian Godan and four Tekki Shodan. (16 total)

Yoga was interesting but hard. We did some new moves that I have never done and I found it hard to hold the position for long. I do feel that the yoga is helping but there just isn’t enough time in the day for me to practice every day like I should.
