Friday Karate class and workout.

Two each of Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan, Heian Sandan and Heian Yondan. Five Heian Godan and five Tekki Shodan. (18 total)

Good class.

We spent a lot of time working on sparring drills. Lots of shift in, reverse punch, shift out and move to the next person. We also did a lot of conditioning work. Many pushups and crunches, one-leg pushups and leg raises. We also did a lot of 21 squats. I really like the conditioning classes like that.
